Guests are invited to experience the relaxing ambiance of the dining room and indulge in seasonally inspired menu selections,
Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 2:30pm.

Chef Emilio brings a modern twist to classic international cuisine; intentionally made to be as inclusive and diverse as the culture of the Club.

Join us for a seasonal selection of fresh fruits, locally sourced eggs, and gourmet entrées.

Guests can anticipate traditional selections like fresh fruit plates, eggs florentine, and organic oats.

Available between 7:30 AM and 9:30AM.

Guests can expect a weekly rotating menu to be served in the Dining Room;

featuring items such as fresh salads, hand-crafted sandwiches, and modern entrée selections.

Beverage choices include a variety of coffee, premium teas, and assorted juices.

Chef Emilio Gonzalez

Executive Chef


 

A graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art, Chef Emilio grew up with a deep appreciation for fresh and local ingredients learned by watching his parents work as farmers in the fields of Southern California.

Working in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother grew his passion for culinary arts and vegetable-forward thinking, which he now implements at the Club with his modern take on Classic International Cuisine.
